The bottom shaft is the later style, non-lockup with 24 splines. The groove at the end of the shaft designates this as a HP shaft.. http://albums.photo.epson.com/j/View?u=1751254&a=30044952&p=51715364&Sequence=0 This is a typical lockup input shaft with 23 splines.
