RACER IN NEED, en route to IHRA Tournament of Champions
Stuck about 1 hour southeast of Memphis, west side of Tupolo. '04 Dodge Cummins... he's thinking probably the fuel pump. Surged a few times and eventually just died. Anybody that can help or knows a diesel mechanic in the area, please CONTACT: Myron Piatek 386-299-9156

Nice post Rob! I saw this on class racer earlier. Looks like he may have some help at this point? I hope things work out...

Well he made it, but Myron is done after E1.

I watched him make a time run this afternoon on the live feed, but I lost it this evening. However I did see the E1 run live on 1320go. He was .019 on the tree and had 4 hun. in the bank, but ran out to a car about 8 tenths faster. Took a little "too" much stripe I suppose.

I'm sure he's a little down after the long tow and mechanical issues, but he is one of the best, and there's always the next race.....
