Lokar trans cable issue

For those folks using a Lokar tv cable. What is your distance from throttle shaft pivot and the cable mount on the carb in relation to the accelerator mount to the throttle shaft pivot. I’ve been fighting early shifts after following the instructions for adjusting the cable. I will note that I am running a tunnel ram. Just looking to verify proper ratio.

I'm not one of those folks, but if there is very little to no kick down cable slack at WOT (correct adjustment), reduce the distance to the pivot to the next hole, then readjust at WOT.

I’ve been using one on a tunnel ram and two different six pack setups, as long as there is no cable slack at full throttle and your carbs are full open, you should be good
