'72 340 Duster all original ('cept a pair of cheap leaf spring traction bars!!) nearly numbers matching. The tranny is the only item non-numbers matching. The 340 sat outside covered by a piece of plywood with no pan, heads, intake for 15 years, so it's gonna need some serious work (I'll be dropping a running 318 in her in the mean time!!). Originally GY9/white vinyl top with white bucket/console interior. PS/PDB and original A/C car. Full exhaust with nice original tips. Arizona living it's whole life, so the only cancer is on the driver's quarter about the size of a quarter...and it's not all the way through. The pass fender and rear had separate run ins, but I have replacements for both. Also have replacement doors and a butt load of parts. A deal I couldn't pass up...

Congrats. on your find :thumleft: Looks like this is the year for buying Dusters! I couldn't pass up the deal i got when i bought my 71 last week either.At least yours is setup for a V8 mines got the Leaning tower of power! :geek: At least for now :twisted:

My thoughts, exactly. My son is now 13 and this may turn out to be a killer first car for him...or my Demon. One thing he will learn early is how to respect a car and how to work on it. He'll also learn quickly the value of his mistakes. I can't wait to pull into a show with him following me in one of these cars...
