Keystone wheels are still available through Cragar
KC0271 is the part number for replacement caps, but I do not know if they are a direct match to what you have, or if you want to replace all 4 so they match?

I've got 4 Keystone caps you can have for shipping, maybe 3 bucks or so. They are not exactly like your's but they are complete. I'll dig them up if you want them.
