I have two 15x6.5 steelies for $30/ea + SH but I am in CA. I am sure something closer will pop up but wanted to chime in.

I've got two trailer rims/tires that are 15" and 4 1/2" bolt circle. I was going to run them on the front of my duster, but even though the tread is good, the tires are a bit dry rot cracked to be driving around on. Would be fine for you to roll around on. $40 plus shipping.
