Looking for wiper switch 1974 Duster/ need black seat belt

Hi I am looking for wiper switch for my 1974 Duster, I am not sure but did they put the washer activation on the same switch? I have an extra brown wire in my hook up?
Also looking for drivers lower black seat belt by center console for same car?

Look on the floor if you see a black plastic pump looking thing then its not electric.
