Loose Interior Bolt - '70 Swinger 340 Rallye Dash 4 Speed

I wanted to see if someone could identify where this bolt is usually installed as it fell from under the dash on the drivers side this afternoon while driving down the road. After an inspection underneath the dash and steering column I was not able to locate a spot that was missing a bolt. Hoping someone might be able to point in the right direction before I start tearing my dash apart. Thanks in advance for any help.

holds the steering column bracket that is bolted to the column to the dash frame

Should be 3 of them total.

I believe there should be 3 white plastic pieces that each of those 3 bolts go thru under the column
