Have a 69 dart replacing lower bushing. I have arm off and on a vise. The bolt pin will not come out do. Are they that hard to pull out? Should i just get a bigger hammer.

You'll need a press and proper proceedure to press the new parts together. It's a good idea to have the new bushings before you start. Some come with the steel ouer shell and some a re sold without it. If you have those without you'll need to leave the original shell intact.
I've used both and I suggest the original type. My opinion.
