I'm doing a suspension upgrade on my 73 duster and I'm stuck at the lower control arm torsion bar anchor. everything else came out like butter except this. so here is what I've done. loosened the lower control arm and cut through the old torsion bar with a saw, I have no room to do the vice grip thing. no I have half a torsion bar stuck in the control arm. I am wondering if the anchor point on the arm is hollow if it is i can get something in there and beat the hell out of it until that piece comes out. any suggestions on how to get this peice out will be apreicated, right now I'm stuck.

If you can get the pivot pin out of the control arm you can knock the piece of the torsion bar out of the socket. You can burn the rubber bushing out with a torch, or if the bushing is wornout enough you can bolt the arm up to the k frame and pry the arm off the pin.
