Ok so I want a new cam for my 360 in a 76 duster 4sp 3.23 rear.

360 +0.030"
Stage 2 ported 587 heads
8.7-9.0 compression
1 5/8 headers
dual plane intake
650 dp

Mostly street driven but will see ocasional 1/8mile track.
255/60/15 27" tall tires
Right now I have a 340 grind cam and its to small before I had a 284-.528mp cam and that was to soft on the bottom.
Which of the above Lunati cams would you use.

Go with the 60402. It will be a better match for you other components and the type of use your car will see.

The Lunati cams are alot torquier (sp) than one might think. I'd go with the 60403. I have a 60404 in my 360 with 9.8 cr., ported X heads and 3,000 stall and 4:10 gears and it's a torque monster. I'm switching to 3.55 gears so it'll be more streetable and expect it to pull the taller gear just fine. Right now it anilliates the tires when I jump on it hard. I also have the same tire size as listed above, 255/60/15

I've been leaning tward the 03 as the .528 was better than the present cam and I have 3.91 to put in when I go to the strip.

Well i can tell you firsthand the 60403 is a "great" cam,i ran one 2 years ago in my stroker, and that cam just never ran out of steam..i'm running the 60405 now in my motor and can't say enough good stuff about it either, which ever you choose you won't go wrong..

Not to jump in and steal the show here or anything, but what about the 60401?? That's what I'm currently puttin in my 318. Just wondered if anyone had ever ran it and what they thought...
