when i rebuild my motor what should i do to it?

balance the pistons crank and rods.
bore .30 or .60 over?
hone
wash
is that all?

becasue i know that im going to have them
wash my heads and put bigger valves in but is there anyhting im missing?

Also a new dist. bushing , and new cam brgs., have them square deck the block and check the line bore for the crank.
