So I think I figured out the 440 AC swap pulley issue and can make it work with small changes. Both belts look lined up "but hey at high rpms, anything can happen"..
I used my original 440 AC 4 belt crank pulley, water pump and power steering pulleys.. I used my 6cyl alt as I think it's rated at 65 or 75 amps. After finding a very long 7 inch bolt from by job. I was able to get some apacers and get very close to where I think it will work. I got a Spectra Universal alternator bracket and it lined up perfectly with both of the water pump bolts. Both belts are Gates 7495.

Is there a right way or another wrong way as long as it works??
Opinions??

Looks very similar to my 440 setup I had in my 69 Barracuda. I did get a lot of comments from the peanut gallery by having the belt on the outside pulley of the alternator. It does increase the load on the bearing doing it that way, but I had no problems with the setup. It looks like the belts align up and you should be good to go.
