magnum air gap manifold

is anyone running this eddy manifold? what thermostat housing are you using? i don't think i am too happy with the design of the front of this one as compared to the LA style air gap. only 1 3/8npt hole drilled for a heater hose but no where to stick an aftermarket gauge. :cussing:

Cant run a tee? Yea i can see how that would suck. Depending how tricky you wanted to get...You could install the sender for the aftermarket gauge using one of the 3/8npt drain plugs for the block (depending on headers or not, it should live there). Or you could put a tee in one of your heater hose lines and put it there. get a thermostat spacer and drill/tap for the sender. just a couple options


i would just drill out the boss to the left of the thermostat housing (looking at it from the front) and tap it for a 3/8 npt

Just drill and tap, no big deal, a tap and drill bit will cost you $15.

yeah a tee is probably going to work. i don't think npt taps are that cheap.

they arent too bad. I have one for 3/8" i got from true value. If ya need it ya need it. I'll be using it to make my rear coolant passages functional instead of blocked off.
