Magnum Harmonic Balancer Help

I got a friend pulling a 318 out and putting a Magnum 360 in.
He got an integrated harmonic balancer on it with serpentine pulley and wants to convert back to V-belt setup due to his car has a custom a/c setup he has built already....
The 360 LA and 360 Magnum have different balance due to the weight of the pistons.
Are they non-integrated pulleys and what years ?and will LA pulley bolt on to it?

Professional Products ,sells a balancer set up for 360's. It comes with separate weights for LA & Magnum engines(used the same balancer, on both engines). The LA pulleys bolt up,& line up decent, TX Dart.

Plenty junk yards out his way in East Texas

Supposedly, some of the earlier 5.9 Magnums did (I hear..) , mine was a '99-00 era engine.(came with the one piece pulley/balancer.)
 
He was thinking around 2000 model did....checking out all options.
He is pulling a twin turbo 318 and putting in a 360 magnum with a turbo cam ,on the cheap!!

Magnum is hard to beat, for the buck. Curious why ,on yanking the T.T. 318?
 
He wants to use everything to TT the 360...Oh it also in a 2 door 69 Fury,his preferred daily driver.
