Magnum heads 5.9 vs 5.2

I had a warranty take out 5.9 given to me. Complete!

It has a rod knock.

My plans are to eventually rebuild it, but since I already have three running 318's, I thought about trying the heads on one.

Is this a bad idea due to larger combustion chamber size vs the 5.2 heads?
