I was wondering if magnum motors had roller lifters and rocker from the factory? And if they did could they go into a regular la block?

They had roller lifters and stamped steel rockers.
If you want a roller cam in a small block use a truck engine from 91 and earlier. They have roller cams and can use LA heads, intake, exhaust....

How do the roller lifters stay in the block? Do they have what they call a spider? That holds the keepers down?

I think you need a book or two starting with the "MoPar engines book" followed by "How to rebuild my small Block MoPar"
