mallory distributor ?

SoI think sympothy got the best of me. A guy came into my shop saying he ran out of gas and would sell a "small block mopar" mallory distributor for $20. I was choppin at the bits and did it without looking at it closer. the part number is 4757801 and my research shows its for a big block. Is this correct? also here some pictures of it.

dang! I guess this is a bitter sweet moment then. I just dont have a big block. Maybe hold on to it for a futre build. I was really hoping this would work.
 
What are you trying to do with your ignition setup? A parts-store OEM replacement distributor for factory electronic ignition can work with pretty much any aftermarket ignition system. Cheap, adjustable, and has vacuum advance for the street (just don't get the Lean Burn one).
