[WANTED] meatal header name tag

Looking for the metal name tag that is attached to tube of the Hooker Header, my daughter noticed hers fell off.

I would call Hooker. Tell that your tag fell off and that you need a "Polished stainless steel NHRA contingency header I.D. tag"

If you talk nice they'll probably give it to you.
