Memphis Motorsports Park returning?

Saw a blurb on FB yesterday in which the poster was saying that Memphis Motorsports Park may be coming back under IHRA sanction. This is supposed to be a part of the upcoming big announcement from the new ownership of IHRA. The FB post with video was made from inside Memphis Motorsports Park and it looked really rough. This would be great news if true but it's going to take a lot of work to get that track and facility operational again.

Yes, I seen this video as the speaker was out on the track, I sure hope it's true and they bring monster mopar back as well, I remember my first pass there and the last time I talked to my friend Don Gartlets I was in his trailer talking about old times in Sephner Florida.

It will be interesting to see what the new management team at IHRA will do in the future. It seems that right after Mike Dunn took over that tracks started dropping like flies, especially in the southern region of the states.
