I have the measurements marked on them and numbered 1-4.

Hey Al, if anyone is interested those flex plates work good for storing crankshafts standing up.

Bolt on the flex plate upside down with 2 bolts, nice and stable.
 
Even helps stabilize cranks for hand polishing so they are not rolling off the table on you.

Lots of uses for those flex plates.
