junk yard... you can get these parts pretty easily.... i actually needed that same exact parts.. go them at the junk yard. easy .

you have photos? so we can see exactly the parts.
might make a trip for you and get them for you if wanted. *
 
DO YOU NEED THE COUPLER FOR THE FERRALS? I HAVE IT. pay the shipping and a beer!
 
found one of the rear couplers but still need the threaded piece that connects front cable to mid cable
