Monroe Shocks

Looking to get rid of the air shocks in my 74 Dart Sport. Has anybody used these?
Monroe 58496 Sensa-Trac Load Adjusting Shock Absorber
If so did you like them or not?
Just looking at some options....

No complaints. Painted them black for the stock look.

How does the ride height look with them?

Standard shocks just dampen the spring movement. They aren't meant to add/remove height. Let all the air out of your air shocks...that is the height your car will be at with the Monroe shocks. If that's too low, then you need to add a spring to your spring pak or look into a pair of new springs.

they are fine for a driver or comfort

Depends on the gas shock, some do actually raise the height by about 1/4 inch . they are gas "under pressure"

I like the monroe matic gas filled shocks. they are available through Just Suspension for $15 - $20 per shock. Nice ride for the street.
