That is what I was thinking . Won't fit under the hood on a 340 a-body. taller base contour,

If you zoom in on the lid, you can see the 440 decal. Would that have a deeper drop to the bottom. Kinda like the 383 vs 440 air grabber bases are different?

Don’t think small blocks had a dual snorkel unless maybe on a cop car.
