hi all.
Jamie from Gold Coast Australia.
Have finally made it back to owning a mopar, been off in the wilderness playing with fords and Chevys.
Have two new projects on the go 1966 Dodge Charger. 1974 Plymouth duster.
Bought the duster cheap ( Australian cheap not USA prices ) as a daily driver while I work on my charge. Have just finished my 63 chev so was time for a changed pace.

However the slant six duster was pretty ugly, although tidy, with supposedly original 44000 miles.
But it needed a bit of a tidy up before I could use it, and seat belts changed for Australian standards.
So it seemed simple. Add a set of triple webers some nice wheels lower the front and enjoy!
Unfortunately two tiny rust spots in the floor and a crappy cheap blow over paint job from a decade or two ago, thought it deserved a new beginning.

So charger on hold, chev blew the transmission on its first dyno tune.
Duster gets all my attention. Body work nearly done, just awaiting some final decisions...

Do I go six, turbo it? Triple webers? Or there is a 440 sitting in my workshop. Or do I go the modern route with a HEMI ?

Decisions I can't seem to make, any suggestions? From members who have gone these routes, and potential issues I may face!

Apologies for pics of chev, but as you can see, I kind of go over board when starting a simple project... But I do everything myself, so it's time consuming, so trying to avoid mistakes before I start too far down a route, then change my mind.

Jamie
