I am new to the site, I hope to meet some of you guys and gals. My first project is my 74 Scamp it is in my profile. I picked it up for 600 bones and have big ideas for it. See you all soon. :)
 
Checked out your car, looks like a good deal and a fun project! What are your plans?

For starters I have to get a bushing kit like this one unless there are other sugestions. http://store.summitracing.com/partd...903037+4294925130+4294839050+115&autoview=sku

And a new windshield, it is still in junk status with the DMV so I need to get the CHP brake and light inspection then I can register it. I just want to get the suspension all buttoned up. I will keep it with the 225 6 for now. I will just keep my eye out for a 318 then build that and swap out the motor and tranny. Then rebuild the 225 for a spare or to sell I will make my decision when that bridge comes.

Unless there are any other suggestions. And it needs a windshield. It is still in junk status with the DMV I just need to get the brake and light inspection. The I will just give the 225 a major tune-up and then slowly get the body back in order and lastly find a 318 and trans to build up and install. But that will come in time, I am in no hurry.
