I'll second Lofgren for drive train and motor builds.
Brian at R&R in Spring Lake Park is also very good as far as cylinder head work , though he is nowhere near MoPar specific and Ron Flood of Cedar Machine in North Branch is also very good and a MoPar guy to boot.
I have family members and friends that do awesome mechanical work on Mopar's that do not have shops.....but may be willing to work on others stuff....just depends what you are lookin for.
