Hey Al, can you post a picture of the rear side of the rear seat back? I'm interested in the latch hardware and the trim around the edges. I would pay the 60 bucks for just those parts.

The driveshaft is at least a '66 model. '65 was still ball and trunion joint. The seats have the '66 Barracuda fabric too, so, probably '66 models too. I think the width of the seats and the floor brackets are different than the ones for a '65.
