Motor Mount Brackets....

I just bought a pair of motor mount brackets from eBay from a 1967 Dart with a 273, was planning on using them on a 71 Demon with a 340, I saw some other ads on eBay that say 273 - 318 brackets are different the 340 - 360 brackets, I thought they were all the same, what's the difference??

driver side is different...

you can use the 273/318 bracket on the 340/360 with a spacer or stack of washers.

Yep found that out going to a 340 FROM 318. drivers side different. The piss off thing had to wait few weeks to get the correct set from Mancini. Wasnt surprized but young buck behind the counter at Chrysler never heard of a 340, "You mean a 360" Lol D

Remember, no K-member is perfectly straight. I used a shim kit and measurements found on internets and straightened the engine up in the compartment. You would not believe the effect it had on consecutive alignment and how things bolted up. It all fell together when everything use to fit not quite together. Best small investment ever. IMO
