motor mount kit

Hey I have a 74 Swinger that was a /6 and now is getting a SB. I purchased a set of Schumacher motor mounts to convert the /6 to V8. I know that the carb sits off center on MOPARS but is it supposed to sit level? Valve cover to valve cover not front to back. It appears that it is sitting slanted to the passenger side.

pretty sure it should sit level side to side

if you look at the mounts you put on they have a slot that they sit in on the k frame you may need to twist the motor around just a little bite.if im reading what you said right....hope this helps..
