I have a mild 318 with decked 360 heads, four barrel and headers. Currently has the stock valve train. Would your cam be a good fit for my mild teener?

Only if you're going racing, and your Static compression ratio is up there.That cam in a teener will want 11.0 or better Scr with iron heads.This will net about 8.31 Dcr, and a cranking pressure about 167psi. All at sealevel.
A zero deck block, flat-tops, and open chamber heads won't be enough.
