Hi I'm new to the site have 3 E Body's but have an A body part I'm trying to decide whether or not to sell to fund my TA Challenger restoration. Have a date coded 1971 MR Norms GSS Paxton Supercharger (the box, carb, air filter and all the brackets. Missing the fuel pump but that's available , and the Paxton is not burnt). I know these are pretty rare and most of the time the carb is missing but just trying to get an idea of what it's worth?

I think one sold a few years ago on eBay for $1,500 but i think it's was missing the carb. If it's clean and all there I would say $1500 maybe a few hundred more.

what is different about the carb to a stock 1972 thermoq? sorry but those things did not add much power, probably not many buyers today, but u only need 1, I say $1320.

i know they had different floats to handle the boost pressure .anything else im not sure

I think the jets were drilled out slightly, and they replaced the brass with neoprene type solid floats. The only real reason they went to the hair drier was the big drop in compression for 72, they didn't move a lot of air.
