msd e-curve vs wiper motor.

i have a 360 in a 67 cuda. i have a msd e-curve distributor in place. i have had to file the casing on my wiper "gear box" just to get the distributor wires to clear however its still not really enuf room and i have to ram a small pice of plactic between them to keep the wire from arcing to the wiper motor.

im i the only one to have this problem or is msd just not up to speed on a thing called clearance? why is both mallery and msd making distributors that are way taller than stock?

:banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead: i guess my really question is there a smaller wiper motor available for my 67' to help with the clearance?

Jaxle, why would you wreck a wiper motor for clearance for these distributors when a MP unit will do as well as ethier of these? And fit?
