Just wondering why the Mopar Performance branded MSD6al is cheaper than the regular one. Is there any difference besides the color of the box?

No difference. They are the same box painted differently. I think they may have used different color wiring and that is it. The mopar versions that I have seen have always been a little more expensive then the MSD version.
