Member Hideogumperjr ask if I had any interior photos of my 63' so I took a few today . He is looking at color ops. for his 63' vert'. Mine has the original two tone door panels with recovered benches and replacement carpet. Dash pad, rear package tray and visors recovered. Dash top is original paint with home made vents. I still need to paint the radio plate to match... and unfortunately the original head liner fell apart this summer:(
Hope this helps John! Show off your decision when your done!:glasses7:

Here are my interior colors. My car was painted polar white with this interior, I can see some of the interior has been repainted but cant for certain determine what color it actually is. Is there a way to accurately look up anyone know?
I am still waffling on color, turquoise light or dark, metallic blue? I kinda ruled out a pearl white because the body panels don't line up perfectly and I read that white will accentuate this misalignment.
Anyone know where there is info on color schemes and stuff? I am color dumb, I know what I like but finding complementary and such eludes me. My wife talks to me about wanting to paint a room teal and whatever color and all I hear is Peanut's talk, BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH. Sad.

It so hard to tell from photos, but it looks a little lighter blue than mine... door panels as well. I think a dark blue would be too contrasting. A lighter blue or aqua would sure work. That would be my bias opinion of course. LOL!

What's the gauge on the side of the console? I'm not to familiar with '63 interiors but is that material on the dashpad factory? Anyway, very nice setup!

Thanks ZooKypr! The gauge on the shifter console is trans temp. The material on the dash pad is not original. It was also used for the visors and rear package tray. I didn't like it much at first but it has grown on me.
