Today I made some of the best baby back ribs I have ever made. 1 hour open on the grill with some pecan wood and then one hour wrapped in foil. Then out of foil for 15 minutes worth of basting with some Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. My 19 month old grand daughter ate two of them right off the bone.

Thanks she sure eats her grandpa's food. Her mom whom is my oldest daughter is scared to change that poo poo diaper.
 
She picked them clear clean.
Must be some fine ribs.
