Neither are 340 they are two barrel non high performance 318 or 273 valve covers they have no heat shield for wiring on passenger valve cover ...dead give away

The one near your foot appears to be a passenger 340 valve cover. I say this because of the high spark plug wire riser designed to clear the throttle linkage on a 340. As for the year, I am not sure.

I thought the full heat shield was discontinued after 1970. My '71 has clips but no full shield.

Wouldn't that be the drivers side?

Yeah second set seems to me 318 like you said.

Pair on the left is 70- 73 340 if the passenger side has the full harness holder to keep the wires off the intake'

The pair on the right are 67 273 2bbl
