Some of Wix is made in China as well. It's a world wide market and as long as the Chinese work for pennies an hour with no Unions or Osha this will continue. As long as the USA manufacturers are in control of the quality, there's money to be made.
Yup,,,,,, I noticed Wix Made in China a few days ago, sucks.

Napa in china is old news. Not sure if any filters are still made here in America or Canada.

As far as I'm concerned, NAPA went down the toilet a couple years ago & probably won't be around much longer. They used to have good stuff, not anymore. Overpriced junk.

Well, they are not in business to give stuff away. Sometimes they do what they have to do to keep the lights on. My local Napa owns 5 or 6 stores now. Either go big or go home. He is at the point now where he can make a call and they listen. But a single mom and pop store cannot do that.
Not so, a lot of companies have left China for Mexico. Masterlock has. Abbvie also pulled their diagnostic labs as well. There are more. The Chinese are thieves and the word is out. They reverse engineer product and counterfeit for profit. If it is intellectual property, you are screwed. You will see some product from china still, mundane stuff, but with the price of shipping costs, manufacturing in Mexico is a wash. And when you leave, you do it quietly or be detained(prison). Companies end up leaving a lot behind.

cheap ammo, every other Chinese round is a dud. Russian ain't much better. lol
WIX went global close to ten years ago. So NAPA and WIX are still happily married. All of neither is made in China. You may get one made in China. Maybe USA. Maybe Indonesia. Maybe India. Global? Get it? Only reason I know is because I was in management with OReilly a while and remember when it happened. So anything made by WIX is affected. I don't like it either. That's one reason why I use Motorcraft filters pretty much exclusively now. Baldwin is another good choice.
It always has been. That's how companies stay in business. What's different is, they used to care about quality. Now most of them don't give a damn.

That's the one thing they both did a good job with. Ain't gonna shoot no tight groups but Chinese and Russian ammo was always okay. Miss both
I work for a napa that owns 30 stores and are buying more when they can. We were told that Baldwin will be making our filters very soon.
Hey George try a transpo adjustable regulator made in the U.S. Flordia i think , and they work good it's all i use now and never had a failure yet close to 3 years now on my truck .
