A friend of mine and I have been running a NASCAR pool for the past five years. If there are any NASCAR fans out there, take a gander at http://www.totallynascar.com.

We had a great turnout last year and are always looking for more people to join up. Take a look and if you have any questions, let me know.

Thanks.

I watch nascar and waiting to see what kind of ride my mopar fellows will be in this year. I still think K,Kain will make a good one this year, He just has to
beleave it his self.

Memike,

I just heard that Robby Gordon has moved from Ford to Dodge. He has partnered up with Evernham and will be driving a Dodge with GEM engines this year. Kind of interesting since all pre-season testing just ended today. He'll be going to Daytona with a whole new setup. He's a hard racer and maybe with some strong engines and tech advice from GEM he maybe a solid one car team in 2008.

Lots of news heading into the new season. Our pool is starting to build with entries as well. Drop by to check news if a pool isn't your thing. I'd love to get some FABO people over to join in the fun.

Take it easy.

Anyone catch that mess during the second practice of the Bud Shootout? Looks like Newman, Gordon, Johnson and Kurt Busch will be sporting backup cars for the race on Saturday! Those COT's are not handling very well at Daytona. There's going to be a big mess during the speed week races.

Can't wait for the race tomorrow night. Don't forget if you get a chance, check out my site.

Thanks
Stimpz

I have never watched it and honestly, probably never will.
I can't recognize a single car out there and there seems to be alot of politics and favoritism.
No thanks.

340 Dart,

Well I can appreciate your comments and know that there are fans of all types of racing and others that stick to one sport or type of racing. Hey, I'm a NASCAR fan, a fan of Kevin Harvick (who's a Chevy driver), but I'm a Mopar fan (always have been, and always will be). For me, I enjoy the racing, politics and at times, even the favoritism. :toothy10:

Anyway, I just wanted to thank everyone who have visited the site and have joined the pool. The entries are still coming in.
If you're still interested, the pool entries closes tomorrow before the big race. Give us a visit http://www.totallynascar.com. Outside of the pool, we keep the site updated with daily news and information.

Have a great long weekend (if you are in Ontario anyway)!

Sorry Stimpy, I just re-read what I wrote and I apologize. It didn't come out at all like I meant it.

Good luck with your pool!:thumrigh:

Here's a bump for ya.

No concerns. And thanks for the response.

BTW, great to see six Dodge's in the Top 10. Good to see Penske go 1-2 as well.
