need 4 steel 15x7 or 8 rims .. not cop rims just plain ones ..preferably near Buffalo NY or reasonable driving distance

To assist , see if you have a local yard with any old dodge 1/2 parts prior to 1985 or diplomats they were the 4.5" bolt circle pattern.

(Car_part. com) I think should be helpful for finding local yards.

As to the cop wheel reference I read that he did not want cop wheels , cop wheels are only made in BBP is why I inferred to BBP in my statement.

I bought the last 2 15x7's in my area some time ago (2 years?) for $17 each plus tax , doesn't hurt to check local yards.

BBP its for a B body ..no local yards with anything that old in rust belt country ..I'll keep searching ...but guess I'll have to buy new in the spring
