Either new or very pliable used for my newest acquisition, 1964 Barracuda.

Also, who is the cheapest vendor for NORS upholstery sets, medium blue?
Year One high with a very long lead time.
Legendary also very high..

Legendary might have the seat foam you need. There is no such thing as inexpensive replacement upholstery for Mopars. The Year One stuff is probably sourced from Legendary anyway, then marked up. I have dealt with Legendary for two upholstery sets, one for a '67 Fury and the other for a '66 Barracuda. I'm happy with both of them. They sell quality products and they stand behind them. If you decide to deal with them, talk to Mike Saless.

Legendary has seat foams, you buy the set, 4 pieces, $150 or so. A local upholstery shop should be able to sculpt a foam for you if you only need 1 piece.

Legendary is the main supplier of Mopar interior surfaces. All the usual suspects are selling their stuff, so shop around.

I wish I could find the seat foams for $150 so far I am getting quotes at around $100 each. My trim man is looking at it tomorrow and he said he can make the foam bolsters and another option is to get original vinyl from SMS and repair the driver bolster sides where they are cracked and replace the missing piping about 4 yards and then re dye everything the original color as there are various coloration differences. I will know tomorrow.
Thanks

Consider 64-66 Mustang seat foam. The seats look pretty close to my 65 Dart's bucket seats and I see the foam reasonable priced on ebay (~$100 for 2 seats). Worst case you might have to trim it w/ a hot knife or glue on a little filler. I was planning that route until I found 2 late Cobra seats locally on Craigslist for $50.

Bench seats are even easier. In my Newport, the seat filler (cotton batts?) had cut into the wire supports. I put plastic carpet runner under it and filled in the low spots w/ a little rubber carpet pad. With new vinyl seat covers hog-ringed to the frame, it looks almost new 15 years later.
