Does anyone know where I can find the black plastic vent at the bottom of passenger door for a 67/68 Cuda.

Try Classic Industries, National Moparts, B, E and A.
They have a rubber flap mounted on the inside of them.

Good luck. If you find em repop let me know. I have 2 of em for my 67, and they are so dryrotted i concidered just welding the rectangular holes up and eliminating it. Or taking the better one of the 2 and having it 3D scanned and printed. The rubber flap pieces are usually fine, its the rubbery plastic that falls apart. IMHO, Its just a mopar version of GMs "astro ventilation"
