Need help identifying

Trying to figure what these are in the wiring on the firewall and inner fender. I’m trying to clean up the engine bay for paint and would like to remove these if possible.

Im almost positive the 2nd picture is the seatbelt interlock. Two of the wires were already looped together to disable it but there was still one wire plugged in.

I can get more pictures if it will help.
