need help with my 72 Duster...

first off I'm in the process of replacing a busted out passenger side window and when I took the door panel off I see this laying in the bottom of the door cavity, where does this go??!!??

and while I'm at it where can I get these thingies that screw the glass to the rail?

I need the rubber seal/wiper things at the top of the door that the glass rubs up against too.

Not sure about the rest of what your asking, I need to replace the glass in mine too.

thanks Dusterman70, when you replace your glass you'll see the items in the 3rd pic. I have hooked up with Bill on the glass seals but nobody can help with the glass retainers? Nobody?

The old ones the plastic coating is gone on all but one (see pics.) I would Google it if I new what the part's real name (nomenclature) and year one was a No-Go.

I am currently looking (in a half assed way) for those same parts.
From the parts catalog, the best I can come up with is they are two parts, a fastener and a bushing.
If you find a source, please let me know...
