A '75 Scamp can interchange body parts from what other Plymouth or Dodge? Thanks

That's a loaded question you can swap parts from 1970-1976 A bodys, problem is some stuff requires a lot more parts to be swapped out to use other parts. For you, you will want to look for 1973-1976 dart long bodys, valiants and scamps

I'm looking to replace doors and/or fenders and need options for the trip to the junk yard.

73-76 A body two door doors, all models.
73-76 Duster, Valliant and Scamp front fenders.

For front fenders or other individual front clip parts (hood, grill, etc.) you have to stay with Plymouth to Plymouth or Dodge to Dodge.
Full front clips will swap P to D.
