need opinions

I need opinions on a trade. I have a 69 340, it is a mild street motor M1 single plane, worked 360 heads, mild cam approx. .500 lift, Fliudamper harmonic balancer, deep oil pan etc. It was a running motor when pulled I was askin 1200 for it on Craigslist. I was offered a set of small pattern aluminum slots w/ tires, a 67 Dart center console and a powder coated dash froma 73 duster w/ all wiring, nice instrument cluster and wood grain panels but no pad. Does this seem like a good deal?
