need pics of shock plate

-
The ends of the plate flare downward toward the ground. The studs for the shocks point backwards and should be able to line up with the upper shock stud for the rear shocks.

Sorry, I don't have any pictures at this time....

Need to see were the shock plate goes and how on a 71 Duster.

You won't have the top plate for the rear sway bar. You can see how the shock plate goes though.

Thanks! what is that on top of the springs? I don't have that. I put on new KYB shocks and the rear right now rubs. That did not happen with the old rear??? any suggestions?

The piece on top of the spring is the mount for the sway bar end links. If you don't have a rear sway bar, then your care won't have those pieces.

What is rubbing on the rear? Did you change something out?

What kind of rims? You may have to change the back spacing on the rims . Hope my suggestions help.

aftermarket axles w/green bearings?? if so you have to remove the button from the sure grip or the axle will not be allowed to fully seat.

I think you need to post up a couple pics.
What all have you changed? Whole rear end, wheels, axles, shocks, springs, tires?
It doesn't make a lot of sense to me that the shocks "settled". In my mind, that would make things worse...
Did you back it into the garage on Friday, or the last time you drove it?

went out Saturday opened the garage and the shocks had adjusted. The not rubbing now?????

Now that is a first for me.But it is October and Ghostly things will happen.

My son's car has a flat on the left rear. It too went flat overnight on its own. I am pulling it in the garage today. We'll see if it airs itself up by morning.

It could be the new Obama care program. It is suppose to help in all aspects of financial needs. Woooo This is really spooky.

You may want to perform an exorcism on that car.

I don't know but it was rubbing on Thursday and was sitting at an angle. infact I had raised it from the pumpkin when I lowered it I could not get pull the jack out. When I went to the garage Saturday it was sitting straight, not rubbing and the jack rolled right out. No I had not yet started drinking.
