[Found!] Need small bolt pattern car jack base for 1972 Duster

Looking for a small bolt pattern car jack base for a 1972 Duster. Just figured out, thanks to the members of this forum, that there are 2 different car jack bases, small and big bolt pattern. The one I have seems to be for a big bolt pattern car, so it will not fit in the hole of the spare wheel. Got this photo online, but this is what I am looking for for the small bolt pattern wheels:

Could you measure the diameter of the round insert that goes into the spare tire? I measured my spare wheel and it needs to be about 2 5/16" wide or less, the jack base I have is almost 2 3/4" wide, so as you can imagine it will not go into the wheel. Just want to make sure that it is the correct one before I send you funds.
 
I have not, I have another member that has on in the USA and I am waiting to see what he has and how much he wants for it.
