i am putting together a 77 360 for my 66 cuda.(i was having some issues with my 273).i just bought a set of magnum 360 heads complete, from a low mileage crate motor.i have a few questions, hopefully someone can help.first is can i use the push rods that came with the heads? second is can you reuse the head bolts? also what head gasket should i use,the one from the 77 head or for the magnum head.i know i need the right lifters and i have comp cams #822 which should be right. also i bought a new intake so that should be covered.any info would be great! thanks!

if the engine that the heads came off had roller lifters..then the pushrods will be too short...

MP makes a set of replacement pushrods for the conversion...some people say they are about .050 short....comp makes pushrods that fit...

you can use any head gasket....the magnum head gasket will hold the pushrods in place....out side of that the head gaskets are interchangeable...

the magnum head bolts should be able to be reused......
