Ok so I am looking to put some paint on the Duster What would be the cheapest.I am going to to it flat black/or matte black.I am just looking to put paint over the primer I have now to seal it up I am just going to sand the primer down no body work yet.

Dip it! Look up plastidip for cars. They have some cool matte finishes. Peel it off when you're ready to work on the body and paint it with real paint.

Elcheapo/budget? John Deere Blitz Black,or flat black Rustoleum. John Deere, looks better of the 2. About 30-40 bucks a gallon.

Any John Deere dealer. I wouldsand it to bare anyway,to do bodywork later on.

you could spray it in dp90. has that matte black finish and its a epoxy primer/sealer. that would prevent any further corrosion till you get to the body work.

They discontinued DP epoxy primers 10 years ago but have DPLF available that is DP without lead.

My brother in law just painted his 64 Polara today with the JD Blitz Black. It is a pretty durable satin finish. Google it!

BTW, apparently Rustoleum doesn't make the quarts size satin black any longer. If you use the blitz black, it comes in quarts (so you can spray it) or in aerosol spray bombs (for future touch ups)
